Our area of expertise is in the field of de-erection and re-erection of major Nacelle parts viz. Gear box, Generator, Main Bearing housing, Rotor, Single blade & a whole Nacelle without any crane. We have an excellent track record in de-erection & re-erection of MW – WTGs. So far NWPPL has De-erected & Re-erected 400+ Gear boxes, 350+ Generators & 250+ Rotors from different capacity of Turbines.
This unique technology replacing crane, brings lot of advantages to the customers. All these crane-less technology systems are being designed & Manufactured in-house by ourselves.
We have been working with this technology for more than 10 years . At present we operate this Technology for the capacity upto 1.65 MW and now we are working on design to cater up to 2.5 MW.
