The Core Technology at NWPPL lies in its proprietary LIFTECH crane-less lifting technology, designed to safely and efficiently handle major wind turbine components without the need for conventional heavy cranes. This advanced system enables de-erection and re-erection of critical components such as nacelles, gearboxes, generators, main bearing housing and rotors, even in space-constrained or challenging site conditions. By reducing crane dependency, LIFTECH minimizes downtime, lowers operational costs, and improves overall project efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards.
The in-house designed and built LIFTECH Technology has enabled the de-erection and re-erection of 400+ Gear boxes 350+ Generators and 250+ Rotors.
